Christian Meditation is a prayer practice deeply rooted in Christian tradition in which we listen to the Word of God and allow it to work within our being. Meditation is what the early Christians called 'pure prayer'.

Meditation is a means of opening up our lives to the total direction of the Spirit of God. The aim is to allow God's mysterious presence within us to become more and more not only a reality, but the reality which gives meaning, shape and purpose to everything we do, to everything we are.

The evening gatherings provide an opportunity to hear and discuss a recorded message from other Christian Meditators from around the world and to share in a time of meditation with others.

This group is part of the Australian Christian Meditation Community and, in turn to the World Community for Christian Meditation
Fun activities for all ages. Contact the office for details of future events.

We cater for babies to teenagers. 9.30am Sundays. We begin in Church for about 20 minutes (with the whole congregation), then leave and split into the various groups, finishing at approximately 10.40am.

Crèche : for children under 3 years, held in the crèche room adjoining the church, with the service broadcast into the room, and a large window, allowing those in the crèche to feel part of the service. Carers are rostered to take care of the children, or parents are welcome to stay if they prefer.

Sunday School : Three aged based groups cater for children from 3 years old to Year 6 at Primary school. We look at Bible stories, applying them to the children's lives, and make craft and play games to reinforce the messages.

Youth Bible Study : For those in high school (and year 6 from term 3 onwards) we provide interesting and engaging lessons on the Bible and living the Christian life.
